Second lady villain I've created.Species:Weedy Sea Dragon.
Madam Saffron is a considered a prodigy fortune teller ever since she was a young child. Her predictions have a 99.5% rate of coming true, and as a result she is requested for her fortune telling services from people all over the world. While the fame has never gone to her head, nor taken her powers for granted. She's known to become a bit obsessive of making sure her predictions come true, to the point that in the rare event the future she foretold is wrong, she will fix in her favor at all cost.
Rumor has that she herself will pay some sort of price if her predictions fail, with some believing this "price" is in exchange for her fortune telling powers. She tells her fortunes with a pack of tarot cards, which are actually thin sheets of sharp blades in disguise.
