Been considering about doing a small redesign for Adult Gaz's hair as a way to change her up a bit from younger Gaz's hairstyle. The idea is that hair has now slightly grown out to inherit her father and brother's zigzaggy scythe/lighting bolt hairstyle, yet I still want to retain the square, box shaped look that doubles as a "gaping maw" which I believe is one of the most recognizable and familiar parts of Gaz's designs.Thoughts? Does the slight change work out and fit her or does it completely change up Gaz's design and the old hairstyle I've drawn looked better?
Also boobs.

I really like this one; those small teaks make wonders for your take on Gaz. It's all around more fitting; I believe your previous version suffered from sticking too much to the original's style despite yours being widely different. All in all, it helps breathe new life into your work and grant it a bit more of its own persona. Summarizing, yes, you should absolutely keep this one.

Exactly why I made the redesign! If Gaz is an adult now why would she still have the exact same hairstyle as a kid? My only worry is making sure she still resembles "Gaz" the character, and finding a balance between my own artstyle and original design.
I'll heavily consider keeping this one!

I believe you were quite successful in your endeavor; I wouldn't mistake your Gaz for anyone else, and I doubt any other person would either. Also, this might be exclusive to this particular piece, but I feel like her head is more fitting to her body than usual. No offense, but her Jhonen issued head design has always clashed, in my eyes at least, with your brand of thicc bodies. This particular design, however, doesn't suffer from that. I believe you've found a greater balance here, although I don't know whether it's related to the new hairstyle or not. Either way I really liked what I've seen here and I hope it becomes a new standard for your future works.
