Truly believing he can take over the world with his toys both figuratively and literally, he plans to build his toy factories and amusement park wherever he pleases and now he sets his sights on Oulaya's home of Faucet Lake with plans to turn it into a water park. Not only does he have an army of toys built for combat to do it, but rumor has it that he has transform himself into a living toy!
