Is the primary colour skull white with some kind of ink or bleached bone, I can't tell

I actually cheated... went to a hobby store and bought a can of Krylon 'Flat White' and primed them that. then I dunked the whole model in a black wash, wiping off extra blackness. Then after about an hour when its dry I sprayed a little bit of Skull White from above... then the rest was just adding dirt effects, and a black wash carefully brushed in the deep spots.

This is a mix between White scars and White Consuls. But as a commission I pretty much paint whatever my customers want.

By the way, how long on average does it take you to complete an individual model/figurine?

No clue what the name is... it was a commission request from a customer.
On average? I have no clue... it usually takes me about 3 to 4 hours to paint a headquarters peice... but I paint all the normal guys at the same time. And that takes about a week or two.

Wow, that's quite a while... probably why I haven't finished my own army yet, haha. No patience sometimes.

No, lol... it takes about a week or two for me to paint the whole chapter. lol... not just these 10 guys. They would take me about 4 hours.
