After his assault with a variety of kicks, many of which landed on Damion, Liam decided to go in for the big strikes to the face to bring the big guy down. Liam started with a series of punches, starting with a left jab, followed by a right cross, then a left uppercut, which led into a right cross. To finish the combination of attacks, Liam brought his left elbow up and into Damion's face hitting him squarely in the jaw. Each of Liam's punches as well as his elbow landed with force on Damion's body. Damion was forced back a step from the force of the combination. The crowd murmured as they saw the single step back from Damion. The Scrap App blew up as people reacted to the opening salvo and combination of Liam. The speed, force, and sound of every strike was caught on video. Memes, comments, hashtags, and favorites were flowing at a rate of hundreds a second. The poll had Liam close to evening out with Damion in terms of the real time live poll of who was going to win. People all over the world following this fight were singing the praises of Liam for how he started the fight.

Liam then went for another uppercut seeing that Damion's head was primed for a clean shot. A winning smile crept over Liam face as he felt each kick or punch hit their intended target. He was sure he would see blood from Damion. Liam also felt sure that the uppercut he was sending Damion's way would daze the giant fighter so then Liam could kick out his knees and then wrap his giant quads around Damion's neck to end the drifter's reign of dominance on the underground fight scene. As Liam brought up his right fist with his most powerful uppercut he could muster, he felt his hand jolted to a stop far earlier than it should have been. Liam looked up to see something that would give pause to even the most veteran of fighters.

Damion had caught Liam's fist mid uppercut and was staring deep into the eyes of Liam with a look of death in his eyes.
