I'm ...not sure how I'm doing, actually. Strange as that may sound. Time is sliding by so fast and graduation is looming, ever present, on the horizon. I have no idea where I'll be next year or where I want to be, hmm.
But, I'm enjoying the collage times while they last and working on my thesis. A thesis with zombies! Heh.
So I guess I'm doing good, bad, and everything in-between.

I'm doing alright, kind of had a really bad semester and nearly got kicked out of school (damn depression) and now I'm trudging through my probation semester. I think my work is improving though which is good, kind of hit a wall for awhile. So what's this thesis about zombies? Are you still going to that art school in NY?

Yep, still going to SVA. To graduate, we have to finish a fully rendered 3D short, and I'm doing one with zombies. Zombies!
I'm actually still working out all of the issues in my pre-viz right now. My main character is fully modeled, rigged, and halfway textured. The story is, basically, my main character laughs at the zombie apocalypse until one shows up at his door. Heh heh, yes...
I'll probably post a pic of my characters once I get them all textured, or at least close. I keep coming on dA for grunge textures and stuff, but I keep forgetting to post, or check my account... Someday, though, I'll post stuff again. Someday...
Sounds like you went through some rough times? Anything big, or just all of the little things piling up?

I had some issues finding the right meds for my bipolar disorder and being diagnosed with it which led to poor academic performance. MCAD is killing me right because of finals and what-not but I think I'll weather through it. So 3D eh? Hmmm, maybe one day when I can get Worms 3 into beyond the concept stages I might commission you to do a couple short scenes in that if possible (did you ever see my claymation Worms 2? Well it's the epic sequel planned and... it's quite and undertaking).

Btw, how can you tell if you have bipolar? It seems most artists have it to some degrees, but when is it actually diagnosed as bipolar instead of just, idk, hormones, or something. I've definately had some intense ups and downs for no apparent reason, but I cannot tell if there is actually anything that can be done for it?

It's hard to tell, but if the ups/downs are really getting irksome you should visit a psychiatrist to figure it out for sure

That was my favorite character in the movie followed by a close second the Racoon. Thanks I'm working on another one where I used coffee to tint the paper beforehand so it should be interesting

That does sound interesting. I wish I had your coloring skill. My boyfriend wants me to do the coloring for this day of the dead skull tattoo he has, but I'm not sure where to begin.
I think my favorite character was the racoon, though. Or maybe the hummingbird.
