Joker+Green Goblin=Gremlin
Arthur Osborn (fake alias Norman Napier) was the CEO of chemical company which secretly produced super-soldier serums for the highest bidder. When Spider-speed came to investigate one night, Arthurs alarm went off and he saw the intruder through his security system. Seeing how the hero beat his guards, Norman tried to fend off Spider-speed himself, but ended up tumbling over a fence when Spider-speed blitzed by him. Arthur fell into the vat of experimental super-soldier formula. When Arthur emerged from the vat, his mind was fractured and his body was muated into resembling a pale gremlin. In place of Arthur there was Gremlin, a completely seperate identity from the man who once was. To torment the Spider-speed for bringing him to life, Gremlin engineered a special armor, Gremlin grenades and anti-gravity glider to keep up with heroes incredible super-speed.
Bane+Venom=VAIN

Eduardo "Eddie" Dorrance was hot-headed investigative journalist who lost his job after Peter Allen managed to get a better coverage on Black Knight (Batman+Iron-man). After descending into life of crime, Eddie was sentenced to jail. A year in prison and Eddie was hardened into a prison boss, where he did his best to become a perfect mental and physical specimen. While in prison, Eddie met a strange symbiotic Star creature who has connections with Spider-Speed. Convincing an inmate scientist to merge him with the creature, Eddie became a nightmarish VAIN, no more in great from heroes who put him in prison. The star symbiote revealed to Eddie that Spider-Speed was Peter Allen and with that information Eddie, err, VAIN settled out to demolish the hero. After beating the ever living hell out of Spider-Speed, VAIN left as soon as Black Knight came to help. Using his investigative skills, VAIN concluded Black Knight was Anthony Wayne and couldn't handle another "hero" ruining other lives while saving different people so he went out after Black Knight, VAIN proclaimed himself as "a Lethal Protector of innocents from the likes of good-for nothing heroes." Unfortunately for VAIN he was defeated when Spider-Speed tagged in and detached VAINs support tubes which detached the symbiote Star creature from Eddie. This is VAINs only weakness.
Carnage+Mr. Zassz=Cleaver
Since his early childhood Cletus Zsasz was troubled kid plagued with psychotic tendancies. For years he bottled up his murderous thoughts up until he gambled his own life and got attacked by a mugger. Finally snapping out of his shell, Cletus murdered the man in cold blood marking his first victim with a tally-mark. After ending up in Arkhamcroft Asylum, he met fellow imate Eddie Bane aka VAIN who's Klyn'Star offspring crawled it's way into one of Cletus' bloody tally-marks and transformed him into Cleaver, a murderous monster beyond any redemption.
