Nightwing+Cyclops=Blue-Ray
Dick (Richard) Summers was a mutant circus acrobat who’s Meta-gene activated when he was performing a stunt with his parents. As he was about to do hi big leap, a powerful concusive blue beam came out of his eyes killing his parents. After this traumatic event he was adopted and trained by Tony Wayne aka Gargoyle who later gave Richard to Professor Xavier Dayton, an expert on mutants who could handle better young Richard. After severalyears of working for Society-X Dick became the co-leader, taking a name Blue-Ray.
Beastboy+Nightcrawler=Shadowbeast
Garfield “Garth” Wagner is mutant son of supervillainess Orchidia (Poison Ivy+Msytique). Garth has the ability to tap into Red-force, an incomprehensible dimension which houses soul of every living organism in the Universe and possibly in all of exitence. With that power Garth can transform into any being he can imagine by moving in and out of the Red-force, this ability also allows him to teleport anywhere he wants. At one point Garth accidentaly got trapped in Red-force after abusing the powers of transformations but luckily he was saved by Ravona after she learned how to control her powers and teleport to other dimensions. Ravona taught Garth how to control his powers byonly utilising the transformations of Earth’s animals. Together with the rest of the Society-X Garth became known as Shadowbeast.

Colossus+Superboy=Steel-boy
Karlo Nikolaievich Rasputin was created by Soviet government in collective farm near lake Baikal in Siberia as artificial mutant. His mutant powers are super-flight and super-strength achived through metal transformation but he can only use one ability ata time. Some time after hid captivity from the Soviets he was contacted by Xavier Dayton aka Mr. X and brought to save the old Teen Mutant team from a mission. His heroics would earn him a spot amongst the team.
Raven+Kitty Pryde (Shadowcat)=Shadowbird
Rachel "Raven" Pryde is a mutant child protoge, at the very young she was able to attend college-level courses despite her young age. By the time she was 15 Racel has graduated from Professor Xavier Daytons (Prof. X+Mento) Institute for Mutants. Rachel's mutant powers allow her to traverse into shadows and appear in different dimesnions at will. However, the use of this ability however causes her to have anxiety and even panic attacks because of her extra-sensory awareness of alien dimensions. The pet-dragon on her shounder is Lockheed, Rachels literal Spirit-animal.
RE- Side Note: I was going back and fourth on should I merge Kitty Pryde with Donna Troy or Jinny Hex and ultimately decided to go with RobertMacQuarrie1's Shadowbird idea. Reason being, Kitty and Raven are founding memebers of their more iconic team line-up (Teen Titans and X-Men). For Colossus, I went with Superboy because he fits better than Cyborg. Yes, I do know Cyborg is the iconic Teen Titans member but a half-metal man half-machine man doesn't work, the man part of equation is left out. Also, Steel-boy sounds WAY better than Cybercollosus which is just mouthful. One thing I forgot to mention is how perfect Steel-boy amalgam is, because in Young Justice Abridged series Superboy really IS Russian clone 🤣

Side note 2: I'll do Teen Mutants B...+ teams and later down the line Young Justice+New Mutants, Magik+Amethyst and Jinny Hex+Moonstar are expected to come
