Jack Dillon was a nobody electrician underlooked and underestimated by everyone in his life. One day whilefixing the electrical grid inside a chemical vat a Arachnight found himself in a brawl with a villain and Jack was accidentally knocked over the fence, where he hung on for dear life onto electric cable. When the cable finally gave in, Jack fell into the chemical vat and hours later after being washed up on surface, Jack was gone and in his place stood a clown with electrokinesis, who owned his new life to Arachnight so he became his arch-enemy; the electrifying jester-themed Joybuzz!
