NOTE: I wrestled between doing Sentry+Etrigan by name rhyme or to revive my Martian Sentry, then I remembered my ULTRAMALGAM series was originally about triple fusions so this works too;

Jason Reynolds was a snieveling meth addict who one day stumbled upon an abandoned werehouse and a mystical potion inside it. Thinking the potion is some sort of a drug, Jason drank from the vile and in a mere moment he got connected to J'onn Bl'ood, an ancient Martian. Upon merging with J'onn Bl'ood, Jason becomes Martian Sentrigan, a demonic martian with power of billion stars however, there's also even more demonic side of Jason called Tartarus, the living manifestation of Jasons darkest self.
