The entire point of "T-posing" is that it's part of coding humanoid polygonal models, so it substantially predates Diancie's existence.

Diancie: Fairy Rock
Topaz diancie: Ground Rock or Fire Rock
Pearl diancie: Water Rock
Jade diancie: Grass Rock
Gold diancie: Electric Rock
Bismuth diancie: Psychic Rock
