The Wings/Hair/Clouds/Moon are Postwork with CS.
Stones are renderering with Poser 6.0.

Nice work
However, the horns of that girl seem like they got the wrong place on the head. The head is leaning towards her right shoulder, but the horns seem to be arranged on a perfect horizontal line (actually, they should be on a smooth diagonal line... if they are arranged symmetrically on her head, that is ). Apart from that you cannot distinguish between hair and horns very well (because of the color, I guess). It looks like the left horn is part of the hair, but still it does not look like hair. It is a bit confusing
