This I really like. She seems to be carved of teak, which has been rubbed with oils and dyes, then animated with magick! The coloring of the face bridges the look of earthly nature with an astral appearance that seems to show the cosmos on her face.
The leaning of the head to one side was a good idea and boosts the appeal of this work; it gives the character an air of benevolence, I think, in addition to simply providing more visual interest.

i have those pieces as well. they've been sitting in my content folder for a year just waiting for inspiration. a couple of months ago i tried to do something cool with them but shelved it since i couldn't come up with a cohesive feel.
