I don't think the snow I got is canon to Painted--Flowers , but it sure made me want to do something like this! I love how this turned out! It really captures the cold that we're experiencing lolCheck it out for yourself (look @ my backyard oh wow)

The design of the cat is immensely beautiful, I love the colors on this cat's pelt (especially the tail). I can tell you put a lot of work into the position of the cat. (The paws look a bit too box-shaped but it's not that big of a deal e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b… " width="15" height="15" alt="
The smudge look you have made for the background is very unique however I would suggest spending a bit more time on adding just a bit more detail to the forest/sky background. I would also try to add more shading to the cat/background to tell us where the light source is coming from and that will add some depth. The snow looks pretty good but I think it would look better if the flakes were more evenly spread out. For an example the snowflakes at the top are very thick but on the bottom section of the art I can only see a few flakes. (Snow is a bit random since it is light and catches air but I personally think it would look better that way.
But this is an astounding work of art, it is definately a piece to be proud of!
