Description
What started off as just a conversation between myself and a musician friend turned into a full blown music & video project.
Originally I put together a roughly 10 second clip of music, overlaying the Resident Evil tune with Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells. In turn, my musician friend threw on a little freestyle rap about the zombie survival game H1Z1 while we were waiting for his PC to actually download that game.

After some time and several iterations, I built up the full music track in FL Studio with the plan that my musician friend wrote & sang the lyrics. But due to work & family commitments (a new baby), the vocals were put on hold. After a few months of the project being mothballed, I had one of those brain storm sessions and from nowhere the lyrics just started to flow. (I usually avoid writing lyrics as they mostly end up sounding like REALLY bad poetry). Lyrics complete, I took it one step further and plucked up the courage to actually sing.

Shortly after, the idea for the comic strip video followed. All filmed either in random zombie computer games or myself inside my house.

Nearly one year from concept to completion, it's a project I'll hold with pride. Not perfect, there's always some things an artist wants to tweak after the fact but here it is.
