Description updating the previous template with the back side of the shirt (done with a different technique and less patience)
the front side of the shirt is actually 95% as before...

the *.rar archive contains the *.ai file and the *.psd file
this time the psd file contains only rasterized layers instead of pen-drawn shapes..

open it up in photoshop. add a solid layer on top of it and clip mask ([link] ) on the shirt layer. now change the blending mode of the solid layer to multiply
