I like the colors, the elements, the message, but I'm just not wild about the arrangement. Everything seems to be grouped to the left side where the majority of the picture remains empty. I also don't know what the deal is with all the "+" signs everywhere, but I kept getting confused as to which ones were plusses and which ones were planes. You also have fighers dropping the bombs and the bombers next to them aren't. Overall, I like the direction you're going in but maybe some arrangement and better thought about what elements go where would really bring these kinds of peices home. You're close to being where you want to be.

If you look close they dont, but at a quick glance, the bombers and the plusses almost look interchangable. I think either one is a cool idea but having them both in the same image can be sortof confusing. I absolutely did mistake plusses for planes when looking at your image, if only for a few seconds.
