Super nice!
Fortress was always my absolute favorite faction to play as in HoMM3, just loved the swamp/reptile theme, the basilisks, the lizardmen, hydras and wyverns....
Heh, it's a shame they didn't have a reptile-mount for their heroes though. Like a raptor or something (Heroes 5 comes to mind)

Just like any other hero in HoMM3, every one only with horse mount. It seems strange now, but I think that authors even wasn't imaging any alternative possibilities in that times.

Could also be that they ran out of time and weren't able to add that in perhaps. It is something fun to imagine though, reptiles with a reptile mount and undead with an undead mount, imagination ^^

Natural, not fun. In case of competent implementation. Undead horse is mount for necromancer in HoMM5.

Странно, но у переднего василиска не стеклянный, как у живых ящериц, а живой взгляд, но это лишь добавляет ему обаяния^^

Василиска бросал и начинал заново раз десять, но в итоге так и не получилось желаемого. Анатомия явно не в порядке.
