Switchblade turns into a plane. You never see it because he's you commentator for the Decepticons. It's in the concept art for the game.

I believe it was cancelled because this was the developers 1st MOBA and it wanted to compete with the like of DOTA and LoL. Not to mention it's bare-bones game modes with no substance and relied heavily on the fanbase and a Pay-to-Play system to unlock new characters and keep it afloat. It was empty in about a month and a half before shutting down.

although fall of cyberton pretty much led into a reboot of the G1 cartoon
kinda wish everyone wouldnt try and link it to transformers prime
because transformers prime is its own seperate thing

It is weird, though with the Covenant of Primus and some recent tie-in comics, I think they could squeeze in one more game in reminiscence to G1. They could remain in space in lead-up to Earth, or have it take place right after the arrival of Earth.

i think it should start on earth in a fashion to the G1 cartoon
and then continue its own story from there
and maybe the could do beast wars as DLC (because beast wars was awesome)

Eh, I'd rather that be a separate game, and have Multiplayer have Beast Wars parts and extra DLC could be an extra story based on the IDW universe.

not really a big fan of the comics much
they do weird things like having prowl turn into devastators head
still i know that the guy who wrote the comics, simon furman, wrote the last episode of beast wars
so that was kinda awesome

Β he wrote the first 3 idw transformers comics in the vein of ultimate marvel
which didnt sit to well as the stories felt slow (plus annoying human characters for reasons)
so he was told to leave but he wrote one last comic that wrapped up his 3 stories
before a reboot comic called "all hail megaton" came along and fixed everything
and killed off the human kids yay
note i am not an evil person. the human characters in transformers can be annoying
except in cybertron, animated and prime
at least the human characters worked there

The IDW humans were some of the best (If your referring to Hunter, Verity and Jimmy) and only Hunter died.
Miko and Raf were annoying and Jack was bland although Fowler was amazing yes,Β Sari was also a great character.Β
