this is jesse!! he's from texas, he works as a bounty hunter. he picks up other bounties just to make some money, but he primarily goes after rasmus. thing is, he has absolutely no intention of ever actually turning rasmus in, he just looves the chase he loves their little game of cat and mouse and he finds it almost romantic. he basically hunts rasmus down, teasing him w the idea of being caught, or even actually physically confronts him, then just lets him go so he can start tracking him again. he's got a big fat crush and he's going about it in the wrong way. he's very brash and very loud and rowdy, he travels by horse and honestly just tries so hard to be an old western cowboy in current day
