Description Largely preying on picozoans, this fist-sized crawler ensnares potential foodstuffs by regurgitating fine streams of a glue-like substance laden with stinging cells, allowing the sluggish animal to leisurely approach paralyzed prey or even "reel" it to its mouth

Colorful eye markings on this creature's back are thought to serve as a means to disuade predators. The hammerhead-like protusions on its upper "lips" function like a metal detector, filled to the brim with sensors to detect and follow even the faintest presence of prey
