I said one of these days I would do this...eventually.Here it is "my version" tutorial to show how I draw and color Gir and even Zim too. I'm not saying this is the only way to draw and color but it just might help.
If you discover a better way that works better for you than great.

i cant figure out how to use our scanner cause my mom threw out the directions >< haha but im saving up for a new one cause ours is old anyway(:

That's OK, because once you get a newer one you can do this. So in the mean time keep drawing and creating.
I draw every single day. I don't post everything that I draw, it might look like I do, but I don't because...well that could take forever...and ever.

That's awesome keep it up, and keep at it. I've been drawing since I was 12 years old. My son keeps a pencil and some paper under his pillow and another set under his bed and many more through out the house secretly hidden of course.

Awe... I'm sorry to hear that. You could just keep drawing until you get one hopefully soon.

I know that there not Invader Zim stuff and that there cute things, but I had to use whatever was available to me in order to keep creating. Their all made of simple shapes really.
