Mizue is the midseason Cure of Penny Hopeful. She used to be the leader of another Precure team, but was kicked out after "the pink one" took over. She is taken advantage of the big bad of the season, so that while all of her hate towards Cure Ramanas is sealed into a photograph of her and her friends, so is her power. Her color is green and her themes are The Little Mermaid and The Picture of Dorian Gray. Her character song is Nanairo Memory.
(she's teal so by Cure Milky logic she's technically green, I just gave her too much blue)
