Description
Homura is a secondary protagonist in Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch Soul, and keeper of the Violet Pearl (also called the Purple Pearl). She has lived in the human world with the Kaname family for many years, having gotten stranded at the shore when she was young. She has a hard time seeing underwater, since the glasses she got from Junko can't be carried over to her mermaid form. Since she's been away from her kingdom for so long, she still hasn't had her coming-of-age ceremony.
