1. He's got arms! They're just folded behind his back so you can't see them.
2. The feet aren't really that big. It's just forced perception.

Simple, Every morning he has his briefs rigged up to where they are suspended in the air by like a clothes line or something, and then he leaps into them.
as far as his feet, he simply removes them, gets in his briefs in said previous fashion, and then puts them back on.

HE calls a friend to get a sharp pair of scissors to remove his feet.

Or they're like slippers so he can take his feet off to reveal smaller set of feet and can just slip his big feet back on
