Thanks! Rose is a bounty hunter in a distopian future controlled by bureaucracy, forcing society to divide into rebellious factions. She is one of the best at what she does. Unfortunately her incredible skill has developed out of a void, having no friends, family or lovers. She is bound to regimen and discipline, which doesn't allow room for other aspects of her life. Over the course of the story, it is a journey of setting herself free from her own shackles.
At least, this is the corny story that she's attached to. I was far more interested in making pretty clothes for her and drawing aliens.

where can I find 'Nauminata'? I'm probably too lazy to search for it, but I have a feeling it's crucial to get inspiration for my own future project (if I ever get this good that is... on manga lvl)

It's not a published book really, it's just a collection of my ideas. The universe of Nauminata is just a device for me to dump all of my designs into so that I have a context for my ideas, it's hard for me to work without context.

ah ^^ that's great, kind of the way I'm working as well, although I have the need to put it together in what's to be an epic story ^^ And I still need to improve a lot... (going to write it on paper so when I'm good enough at drawing I can make a manga out of it ^^)

I think I like this one the best of those I've seen.
I really like the texture of her stomach.
And I am sucker for sepia toned futuristic stuff. Really.
Nice asymetrical composition too.

The only thing I would change is her tattoo. Seems out of place with the whole. I like the idea that it is a flower, contrasting with the tough tone of the rest... but... hmm... somehow it just breaks the flow of the rest of what you have going on here.
Maybe if it were black and white... tattoos are rarely so red. In my limited experience with tattoos.

wonderful detailing on the gun and her face
tho to my eyes the right arm seems too stiff to be hanging down against the gun... how to adjust that? i have not a clue....
