Another drawing to get back into the swing of things!!Been a while since I've given attention to this Mortal Birb God and I felt that he'd like some attention on the new tech! Man, I feel like I haven't been able to play on this thing since I've been sick and spending all my freetime animating for class XD
But Yeah!! This was fun! I used a new lining style which looks sketchier. It took longer and while I like how it turned out, I don't think it was worth the extra effort, but it was a good experiment!
Also tried for some sketchier shading to compliment the linework, and I think I like how it looks! I don't know when I'll use it, but you know~~
I also gave Akohta here a bit of an update that, among anatomy fixing, now includes what I've learned about the color jayce and how Skayven would perceive it, which is why there's more grays and such on him. They aren't really gray, just un-perceivable by human's eyes, you know how it is XD
But yeah! Hope you enjoy seeing the walking rainbow again!!

Oh man, I feel so happy with where I'm at color-wise! I've been working on it for a full year and now I'm finally happy with my colors!

AAA THANK YOU SO MUCH!! There's so many things about his design that I'm so proud of! When I first designed him, I challenged myself to fit as many rainbows as possible to prove that it can be a good character design! And his rainbow halo is my personal favorite part of his design!!

Wow Akohta looks amazing!! And I juts noticed that even your gods follow the nature design for your Skayven. The Goddess is monochrome, black and white, while the god was kissed by a rainbow
The colours look amazing and his design is incredible. I love that where ever you look you can see the rainbow colours, like on his beats, the feathers on his head, the cape and of course the light that falls into him 
I fall more and more for your Skayven lore the more you tell me about it

Thank you!!! And yeah! Skayven gods are typically always more colorful than the goddesses. And Akohta here is probably the most colorful! It's because he's the mortal god, who is the leader of most of the Skayven people. Because the mortal god is ever-changing and will die at some point, he gets to be colorful while he's alive. It's symbolic that colors and beauty always fades
Ah, I'm so glad you like it! He has the most intricate design of any of my characters, and while it's hard to draw, I do not at all regret it X'D He was actually originally a challenge to see how many rainbows I can put in a character while still having a good character design!

He's looking amazing! The metallic surface reflections are looking fantastic, and there's plenty of great detail in the apparel! The colors are all done extremely well, especially! Shape, pose and perspective are great!
