Description
ELPHABELLA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"This has been marvelous, now give back my clothing."
Barbarella was a French Sci-Fi comic book written by Jean-Claude Forest about a female astronaut who travels the galaxy and has numerous adventures (often involving sex). In 1968, it was adapted into a movie directed by Roger Vadim and starred his then-wife Jane Fonda as the title character. The film was a critical and box-office failure. Upon its 1977 VHS release, however, the film gained a cult following and was adapted into a musical in 2004.
The most famous scene in the movie is the beginning, where Barbarella undresses in zero-gravity.
Wicked the novel contains several sexual overtones ( Some being extremely explicit) that were omitted from the musical in order to maintain a "family audience".
In this scene, Ms. Elphabella displays her talents for stripping while defying gravity.
