She is Ciri's "sister" Yes, the pic was taken in the exact moment when she had enough of modeling and shook her head

Oh she is Ciri sister. Oh my no wonder she is such a cutie. I love how 
you caught her with the tiara falling off. I guess like you said she had enough
of the modelling. You must think I am nuts but I swear she looks like a
little baked potato Better not tell her then I love it
