Once again, centering the sun is an issue..and the compression on the top is craziness.... but the water looks gorgeous and the birds are a nice touch.

Great colour and balance, I like how you've composed the boat and birds on one side. The only thing I don't like is the black spot in the lower right, it throws everything off balance and makes it look a bit busy. If you got rid of that I think it would make it much better.
