Yaaaay! I did it! At last I finished it!
I want to draw it for months, but I always have something alse to draw. And one day I saw it! I saw Ner'aevae by ~UltimaPrince . It was my motivation...
And then I was listenning to Dream Evil's song - "My Number One", while I was walking on the street. I have seen in my mind Nerevar singing to Voryn: "You're my lover, undercover. You're my secret passion and I have no other."
I must draw it! ...and here it is! 
Two lovers...
Voryn Dagoth (left) and Nerevar Indoril (right).
Voryn was the Lord High Councilor of House Dagoth.
Nerevar was the Chimeri king of Resdayn (modern-day Morrowind) and the founder of House Indoril.

Of course they were! ^^ I heard that Voryn called Nerevar "sweetheart" in english version.
And as for Vivec... I don't think he secretly love with Nerevar, because Vehk and Aiem were lovers
