I don't know why... but I like the fact that his fingernails are shiny. It just seems like a good touch to me.
Constructive criticism: The Blood feels to flat. Blood shouldn't look like that unless it was soaked into cloth. On flesh it'd stick out and have volume.
Other than that I adore his agonized expression and how the shadows feel.
