Actually, people go by "Seripa" as her original name than Celipa, but considering both are rough translations, people go by either one. But I see more "Seripa" users than the latter because the daizenshuu books stated her as that. =3

Of course lol. Although for me personally, I'm fine with any of those ones since she's just a cartoon character who barely was on screen for a few moments, lol. What's funny is that she's the only character I mix and match with the names, I never over say Fasha nor Seripa, I end up saying both at different times, lulz.
