i think naruto, in the manga comics right now, he knows how to control the nine tail fox power, thanks the jinnchuriki of the 8 tail helped him seal him to get some power of the nine tailed inside of letting its mind take over him, but the guy that could control wood style doesn't know if he could control when he goes 4 tail
