Description So; me and [link] noticed something about Ratchet....he's 24 and has the face of a toddler. XD
Nothin' wrong with that, just...we noticed, yeah? So I'm lookin' at this screenshot of him during a hellish art block and one set of overalls/dungarees later...-this- happened. Ratchet's confuzzled and Clank's head's deformed. XD;

The joke is: He's gettin' older and looks younger--does he technically look his age?

I'm glad ya do! I drew it with you in mind! XD He's one of those characters though; ya -have- to love what he does, make-over's an all XD

You have to remember that Insomniac have been clever with how they've depicted Ratchet in all the games. In the first game, for example, he was only 15. In ACiT he's 24 and considering he's an alien cat creature thing, I think he does in-fact look around his early to mid 20s.

In A4O, though, I agree they did make his eyes a bit too big making him look younger.

Oh I understand that and I completely agree that from the ps2 to ps3, both his character design and clothing choices did well to mark the age difference; it's just in all 4 one (The game I referenced this from) that he's apparently found the fountain of youth XD I should've been more specific though with how I put this, apologies

They designed him that way in the game to make him easier to spot in 4 player co-op. The same with Clank being incredibly large compared to Ratchet.
