My wand is duct tape, with a paper bag core.I made it myself.
The wig is from Iparty
The tiara is from prom
the dress (Which you can't see; it has a floor-length black skirt) I bought in Maine for 5$
and the corset top thingamee is from Hot Topic, I think it was around 20-30$
