Finally decided to do this (It was ether this or draw, and for some reason drawing has been hard for me to want to do lately).I also can't wait to see this guy's shiny. I want it.

That depends, really. Not just for the sake of making one, but maybe if someone really needs it for something. Actually might be better to use a slightly different pose too, since some of the streamers as they are now would make the main body too small and lost detail if scaled as is now.

I remember when I first saw Mega Rayquaza on Serebii; it looked too good to be true xD. I'm surprised though that no official artwork has been released yet...
