Bah, I so had to force myself to draw this. =__= It's not that I don't love "Pinocchio." It's just that it's hard to draw good scene that hasn't been done a million times before. I didn't want to draw, like, the scene where the Blue Fairy grants him life or the "I've Got No Strings" segment because they've all been killed dead, especially with this kind of crossover. I'm not the first person who ever associate Sasori with the Italian puppet.But I still wanted to draw Dei since he's too damn pretty.
So I chose the scene where the Blue Fairy asks Jiminy Cricket if he wants to be Pinocchio's conscience. I love how Jiminy is so in love with the fairy throughout the movie.

X'DD What's worse is that I actually did fall asleep for like five minutes... (Good thing my boss wasn't there today, and I had no work to do... Sometimes, working in a library can be almost too quiet, XD.)
That's so awesome~ (And that's such a long time~) I love the concept so much! (Especially since I love both Disney [at least the classic, 2D animated stuff] and Naruto.)

Oh yikes... That sucks! -Shudder- I mostly like working in a library (especially since I work in the special collections department, meaning I handle really old and rare books, XD). The only downside is that one of my coworkers is like Tobi, and I'm always partnered up with him...

Me too! In my opinion, that's Disney's golden age. I'm tired of how CGI is overshadowing everything. Whatever happened to traditional animation? (CGI [at least when it comes to the people] looks so fake to me...)

Omg yes, there are times when I just hate the way CGI looks. Not that the animation is bad or anything but I find the characters to look kinda ridiculous when they're 3D sometimes, idk.

Me too! I completely agree! I like how hair is animated (there are some effects that can't be achieved with traditional animation), but sometimes, it just looks unnatural. (Haha, I'm just biased towards traditional animation...XD.)

Aw man, I totally wish I was going to ACen this year. I went last year because I went to college in Illinois, but I graduated and I'm back in New Jersey now, so I can't go. Damn. 
Same here. And I think traditional animation makes a bigger impact when something really incredible happens, like, at a certain angle or with certain colors, I dunno, I just get more out of traditional animation.

I agree! (My essay for my first semester midterm for my Europe: 1715-1890 class was actually about Frederick the Great, and how he contrasted with Napoleon. I went to town on that one, XD.)
