I’m very happy with this work for sevral reasons.

First, I sort of took it as an afterthought while buying some groceries on my way back from the shoot (this is a puddle right in front of the supermarket), not even knowing if it’d fit the Sic Mundus proje, and it ended up looking so Dark I can almost see somebody’s boots just walking into the frame like in the opening credits.

Second, I didn’t know if I wanted the focus to be on the brick work or the building reflecting in the water, and when I decided to try it both ways I thought I could maybe make a reflected picture using both, with either part being on focus when it’s rightside up. Normally I don’t pat myself in the back, but my hand was so steady I managed to take two perectly overlapping pictures, only shifting the focus. I love how well this picture turned out, especially on a technical standpoint!
