Piccolo is still Piccolo, just different color wear, because Namek's don;t have genders.

Exactly. Although I had a few people argue about that in a gender switched world his gendeless frame would look more female but I was like, ".... or his cape could be black...." but I only really did that for the picture contrast... he still dresses the same,
