Description
It’s a simple really really simple .psd. You only have to apply black/white gradient map on the layer style palette, set on soft light, then duplicate the layer and put it on the top of all the layers and apply a 7,0 motion blur and set this layer on soft light (sometimes works on 50% opacity better). It should work on most of the pics.
