Description
This is my first pic of the Partial Solar Eclipse. Well, I used my solar eclipse glasses through the camera lens of my iPhone. At first I thought my camera was gonna get a capture of it but obviously the sun was too bright and its not easy to see where the moon is. Since this is something new than learning from the TV.But at least I got the capture as a memory for my first time. The maximum partial solar eclipse happened somewhere at 2:45pm.
I hope I got it right because every time I hold the filter glasses and my phone at the same time, the enhancing keeps blurring out. But at least I tried. Because I don't wanna wait for the next 99 years of the same partial solar eclipse in the future. I'll be dead when I get old. LOL. But yeah, I finally saw the partial eclipse for the first time.

Where I'm at, this did not happen. Instead, we got an eerie shadow cast by the moon along with the sunlight.

Basically a normal sunny day, but everything seems to have a dust cloud in front of it.

I see. I did the same too with holding both my solar eclipse glasses and my iPhone at the same time to take a picture.
I mean I almost looked at the sun for a few seconds but I saw no moon. It was too bright. But I did not go blind. I hope not when I get old my eyes won't cause any changes.

Well, hopefully we don't lose our eye sight. I'll be able to be in the path of darkness when the one in 2024 comes as I live in Texas.

I see.
At first I thought it was gonna be like from the movies or on TV. But in real life, it wasn't exactly as I thought it was.

But still, it would've been your first time. Because in real life it's not exactly like from the TV or movies.
