I love the texture, has a kind of oil paint feel The focal point is well created with the lighting and sharpness of the face. I also like how you've given the goldfish a kind of roughness, gives it a bit more character. My only critique would be that I think the whole piece needs to be a bit sharper.

Overall a brilliant speed paint, wish I could do something like this in 40 minutes!!
