This community became pretty much garbage, and it was already pretty bad when I first joined DA. I really like the LSW styles, they're the ones who motivated me to start spriting seriously and they give some childhood memories to a lot of people. The problem with that community is the numerous sprite sheets that come out here and there. Nowadays people just take Que's ULSW Goku and Vegeta, Byte's ULSW Base, Orumaitoobeso's sheets and they make them in any character.

I understand that making a sheet can be difficult long and demotivating (laughs in my Shirtless Goku) but if you don't feel able to do it then just don't do it instead of making a shit sheet. Using some already existing sprites isn't a bad thing if it's not the only thing on your sheet, but most people will just take ULSW Goku and change his head and POOF it's ULSW Piccolo. Seriously this makes me sick, now I almost don't look at any sheet because I know I'll be decieved. I know that almo
st every sheet coming out will be ULSW Goku or SWL+ Gogeta. I have no problem with the starter spriters who do this, I even did it with my ULSW Frieza Saga Vegeta sheet.

However when it's done by spriters who are here since years it's just annoying. Please people try to be creative, try to learn spriting and you'll see that it's really fun ! Don't stick with ULSW Goku edits and try to do your own thing, it'll just be even more satisfiyng to see people liking it. And if you need help, you can ask me on Discord (saas du Bourg-Bour#9072) and I'll help you by editing and providing constructive criticism.
I wanna give a shoutout to the spriters that I know and who try not to stick with boring sprites that we've seen 200+ times

AldetSkywalker One of my best friends in this community. His work isn't the best but he improves quickly, so go check him out !
AlexKX29 A very talented SWL+ spriter that's maybe a better LSW spriter than me (he's making SWL+ A16 👀)
FoxySpriter He isn't as active as he was some months ago but he's also a great spriter that can do various sprites and poses
MalphaSans He gave me a shoutout so why not give him one too lmao but fr he's not bad and very active, so he's also improving really quickly
ErickJCrack507 His ULSW sprites are some of the best I've seen. His sprites are really similar to Que's and they look very cool

If you also want a rebirth of the LSW community then do your own deviations similar to this one, this is maybe the last chance we have to make the community great again !
