Both the organic and the "mech" version look really good. Very creative how one design can be altered for a sci-fi and "D & D" setting.

glad someone noticed that arm problem
im thinking that the organic one dont use his arms at all,like t-rex,and probably modify the arm smaller will be make more sense
and the mech one got arm problem as well,can u find it?

Woohh!!! Great over-all concept and detail work on both figures. But the arms seem a little strange though, they would work for the mechanical figures but the organic one would probebly need some proper deltoids (Or shoulders). But hey its an alien, any thing works as long as its convinceing.
