When i Sending message from my gmail, SAO Utils displays what i send, but i send it not for me, then why it display outcome messages?

Mail box will note down chat history for both sender and receiver by default,
and there's an option for this in Mail Box's setting panel.

how do you get rid of a category that you made that isnt a sub category and its not one of the original 3?

press and HOLD again on the popup 'Modify';
click '+' icon.
