I like the muscle deformations in the last panel. They look nice and fluid. Probably because she's not as big as the first panel. The first panel, her lats and triceps look a little strange with the arms up. Flexed when they should be relaxed.

Well, I like the muscle growth theme, don't much care for the Batman/Batgirl take on it. At least the costume part. I don't know, never heard of a Brenda Wayne.
