What’s with me and crazy projects?!For the longest time [okay since I started playing with Sims] that I wanted to make this character sheet, maybe a machinima movie, about a novel I’ve written, but finding the parts to build the main character were virtually impossible to find, and trust me, I searched a lot. Sucks when you can’t mesh to save your life lol…
Then Hannah said, ‘Well, why don’t you draw in the parts you miss, if you can’t mesh?’ I can’t say I hadn’t thought about that myself. I was just… was bored by the prospect of it. But, prone to crazy projects like I am, - and inspired by the crazy images produced by ~Dreamhuntress-sims [I will NEVER be that good, but I can hope lol] I ended up taking on it and making a Character Sheet of Phoenix, the main character of my ‘The Last Battle of the Phoenix’ - unfinished – novel.
At last I think I made it quite obvious Phoenix is not a man and shown her actual hairdo, so I am pleased with the overall character design, – aside with the crap-ish parts I had to CG in. I wish I could indeed find a Sim ready to use just the way you see it here, because making that cloak and hair tails was almost the death of me. *make puppy eyes at all the nice and amazing meshers out in the interwebz…*
I might as well make character sheets of the other characters in the novel, after all, they can’t be as hard to make as this one was, that’s for sure, less stuff to CG in LOL And after the character sheets, maybe make the novel as a Sims graphic novel, [~rosahege ] has been showing it is totally doable, you should check her Sims graphic novel. ^^ *points at her DA page*
Maybe I’ll make character sheets too for Thea and the twins from Sunnvorms RP, although those – okay Thea’s – will be as hard to produce as this one, because of her crazy fuchsia hair… *sigh*
AAAANYWAY, lol, this is done and I would really appreciate some input, either good or bad as long as it’s constructive criticism. I’ll trade chocolate chip cookies for opinions…

lol It's you and me looking for it. I mean, the top part I got it from GoS, I can link you to it... now the piggy tails, I painted them in. I wish SO MUCH, SOOOOOOO MUCH that I could find this hair ready to use in game. I'd even PAY a mesher to make it for me if in the end it'd look like that lol I need it for my comic

lol Let me try again lol The hair you see on the sim, doesn't exist. This is the original hair: [link] on the first image, see?
If you want it I can send it to you. The longer bits of hair you see on the sides I painted it on the sim with photoshop, because I can't find that hair, like you see in the image, to use in the game. I searched a lot, but I didn't find.

The colours and textures work wonderfully together and the layout is brilliant.
I really wasn't sure what had been draw in and what was original to begin with. I was even starting to wonder where you had managed to download the phoenix from.

*bows* Thank you Alistu, you could see on the wip all that I had to draw in myself. The Phoenix bird wasn't all that edited, It was an actual bird from the Pets, I think I got it from TSR... I am glad you liked it. I wish I could find a cape like that as an accessory, the ones I found so far are like super-man style, very lame... and the hair... *sighs in longing*

sorry, yeah, i just spazzed when i saw it the first time. i wouldn't have missed it if you'd forgotten it, but now that i saw it i was like "OMG IT'S THERE! IT REALLY IS LBOTP!PHOE!! OMG!!". ha. t is drooling at the unclothed version, though, gotta say. besides the scars, phoe is HOT! nice. major scarring, but still so gorgeous.
also, can i just say that no matter what you yourself say about your cg's and how much you suck or whatever - YOU TOTALLY DON'T! all of this looks amazing. you can't tell where the base is and where the cg starts (unless you check the progress art you posted). so WOW!
i would really love to see t and rea and emma and bri and all of them, but not necessarily done in a massive character sheet like this - you would kill yourself over that. but just a nice little character list with them all how you see them would be OMGSOAMAZING! no pressure.

LOL joking aside, phoe always WAS the hardest one to draw! lol

First off, you need to finish the novel. I know, you've been working on it for ages and you haven't touched it for ages, but seriously, gf, it's worth it.
So for this piece specifically, I love the color palette. It's well thought-out, with a nice base and nice points of bright color. I have no idea which parts are photoshopped in, so that's a plus, too. Yeah!
