Was meant to be very sci-fi, but turned somewhat fantasy-ish...No refs for the lady or the city. Speedpaint for the background.

G, she's gorgeous... I'm absolutely in love with the face, hair and belt.. It does have a very interesting atmosphere as well, I can't quite tell where it comes from, but it's just there.
