Kinda wanted to make her a little more capable-looking then a chibi orz
doesn't the bg kinda look like a reflection?

The addition of the tiger face and tail behind her is interesting. It implies that she has some kind of symbolic connection with that very animal, perhaps spiritually or personality wise. The orange and brown paint splots contrast and complement her blue hair and outfit nicely, too. I really love the soft, stylized shading for her hair. It adds to how ruffled and wild it looks. The linework is very smooth. And her combination of casual pose and expression makes her look like she's on a stroll, perhaps daydreaming.
